This flagship wine is made from premium parcel of Shiraz up to 90 years of age.
The grape were hand-picked and small batch open fermented before pressing to seasoned french puncheons for maturation. Cherry cream and raspberry coulis aromas combine with red liquorice, red berries and more tannin on the palate. A stylish and powerful wine that can be enjoyed in it's youth or cellared for well over a decade.
