2024 Chardonnay

The Estate Chardonnay was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed before wild fermentation in seasoned French oak barrels, followed by partial malolatic fermentation. Spiced nashi pear, honeysuckle and quince on the nose leads to a textured palate of lemon cream, white plum and nectarine.
