2023 Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon

This premium wine is made from our oldest Cabernet vines on the estate. The wine was hand-picked and open fermented before pressing to new and seasoned French and American oak.

Classic black currant and camphor aromas lead to a dense and powerful palate of dark plum and crème de cassis. The wine is framed by firm, fine tannins that should see it age gracefully well into the future. A standout wine from the excellent 2023 vintage.
