2021 Cabernet Rose

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, hand picked from our Swan Valley Vineyard.

The grapes were gently whole-bunched pressed to achieve a premium quality juice, followed by cool temperature fermentation until dryness.

The wine shows vibrant scarlet colour, fresh and fruity with intense lifted aromas of strawberry and red currant fruit.

Soft and flavoursome on the palate with a clean and refreshing finish.

Food suggestions: enjoy as an aperitif or with an antipasto platter, pizza or asian food.
