2023 Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels from Henley Park Estate in the Swan Valley and an old vine parcel from the Margaret River wine region. The wine was open fermented before pressing to new and seasoned French and American oak.

A fragrant wine of cassis, red berries and violet leads to an elegant palate of plum, chocolate and dried herbs. The bright fruit flavours and powdery tannin make this wine a joy to drink.
